Comment: Red cloth rest period during the pregnancy termination

Because I have a pregnancy in December 2008 my contract to the "earliest possible date 'written notice. The letter I have attached a medical certificate with a request to suspend the membership to the beginning of January.
the input of the termination letter I can confirm in writing before the witness.
The FF has subsequently informed me that a termination is not during the rest period would be possible. I replied that I had therefore terminated at the earliest possible date, ie quasi-three months after the break.
was then informed me again that we assume during the rest period does not terminate after the end of pregnancy and I once again written notice must file.
I have had legal advice on this matter and then filed a second notice.
In November 2009, has now been debited from my account again. The direct debit I promptly canceled today and get a very soggy call the FF. Although I still have the facts presented, one was at the other end very abusive and called me as uncooperative.

My question: Why is the FF is not possible to accept a letter of resignation during the rest period?

Hello Mr. Klauke

Hello Mr. Klauke, I am always
still very unhappy with the situation at Fitness First and was totally mad at the coach but I am not an informer! I will neither the club nor the name and have not at all call the look! Where would we be then? It is the task of Fitness First for a consistent quality of care and yet it does not matter if there are 540, 5400 or just 5 personal trainer to inform you qualify, and must check! I find your informers request an outrage and I see reinforces my decision not to use your studio! Hope will read this column and your employees make a decision.
