As the Fitness First, we are not entirely helpless, because we certainly have opportunities to interact with the member and to highlight the risks firmly attentively. Of course we must be here but not to amateur and remote diagnostics to be carried away may incur discrimination.

PS: The criticism that I have not blog in a long time taking the floor is partly right and arrived. We have accelerated our customer surveys actually, but the prospect of the forum members we have not yet started.
The baseless and quite adventurous conspiracy theories on the Future of Fitness First (and my own), however, are not really worth it to seriously put to address it. So briefly:
Yes, improving customer retention continues to be one of our most important goals. Is there more to be done? Yes. And the constructive criticism in this blog (which by the way become so much less), we continue - as any constructive criticism that comes to us - very seriously.
