Congratulations on the first anniversary of this blog! More than 80 posts, over 500 comments, hundreds of opinion polls in a few days, dozens of links to other websites and blogs with similar themes, thousands of visitors and readers, the information here and also form an opinion. But what has become of the dozens of real problems that have been publicly? What happened to the isolated reactions become the spokesman? What happened to the promises of the manager that he was here to spread his press man? What happened to the customer meeting in Berlin? What has become of the survey? What, what what ...! After a year, almost no question to answer really was and no problem has been solved. Tomorrow celebrates Fitness First in a public relations spectacle in Berlin they are awarded by the New You Achievement Awards 2009. Congratulations for such a spectacle, of course, is money there. But we also know at some point, what happened to the real problems or made the promises? I wish this blog in the next Hundred thousands of visitors and readers will, because then at Fitness First at last certainly a need for action. Currently still drips from all of these smooth shapes. So once again congratulations and good luck in the second year!

What happened to everything? Now, Some issues that were raised here, were allegedly solved by Mr. Klauke. However, it is clear that Mr. Klauke has been here taking care of things for which is actually the Kundenbetreeung responsible. He himself has stressed in a comment that " cases are indeed not edited by me, but only by our customer service " . One wonders then, why Mr. Klauke encourages dissatisfied customers have to put up with him in contact when he does is not competent, and why has Mr. Klauke for not responding in recent months? And from a customer meeting and nothing came. Why, because I just am not in Germany. But this is no reason not to report anymore, because , Mr Klauke, you lost my trust, you have not taken me seriously and you thought "that is not there now, they can be our care." You do not worry Mr. Klauke, I'm still FF customer and I would assume (or told) was that a lot still (or even additionally) is pretty bad in your studio, you will not get rid of me so quickly. And since you are offering a customer forum have even dirty, first have to do a little better public relations to show us disgruntled customers that they are serious about customer satisfaction, because I feel once again ripped and the commentator here probably rather well. The results of the survey you have not communicated, but why should that be? I did the survey and it was not about establishing what we are un happy, but weaknesses and out the strengths of the competition. The main thing one is a little better than the competition, or you can pretend as if you were better, but on the substance to the actual satisfaction, you do not care.

We want this blog all the best! Hopefully we learn sometimes what has become of the issues raised in this blog problems with Fitness First. What is this example from the termination of the mother to me the two kids and too much money debited? And what happened to all the other termination and rest period cases? What has become especially in the cases where the Lord wanted to help Klauke? What happened to the customer meeting with the Lord Tilk and if there has been what are the results? What happened to the customer survey and what are the results for the consumers? The 8 seitge A3 promotional leaflets lying around what is now the club can certainly not be the result. Honestly this money for the advertising agency could have been even more appropriate use for the customers! But see the highly paid masters in Frankfurt, of course not in their new glass palace.
