tell my story and I am convinced that Fitness First attempts with wrong means to keep customers and to obtain money.
six months I was a member and I have submitted my resignation within the notice period.
The cancellation confirmation came all right, but with a termination date that was wrong to back by 6 months - apparently a bug in the system.
After two further notice issued false receipts (same error) but then I was given a cancellation confirmation with the correct date.
Ca. Two weeks later I received a 1 Reminder that I should pay extra to my post, even though I paid the fee for full 6 months already had. After I had it pointed at Fitness First I confirmed that it was a mistake and the matter will be immediately changed.
I then got the second and third reminder, despite numerous complaints.
I think that not even the staff at Fitness First may be incapable I am of the opinion that this was all done on purpose.
I'm curious if actually follow legal action.
a result I can not just all do not recommend you to register at Fitness First.
