When I wanted to show my brother last Sunday, as it is entertaining EITHER BRODER and well, is the latest episode turned out as a maximum credible accident Broder. is the full damage report and Jonathan Franzen favorite German word is after the jump:

When I read the day on one of my favorite places, a large open field that is framed on either side of tree cover, past kahm and everything was already covered with snow, I was almost a bit sad that the lawn is no longer in the autumn mist was wrapped and in the many green and red hues shimmered.
But actually I am very glad that the snow sells the depressing gray.
It's worth quite a lot of attention to throw at the pictures behind the link above. These are 37 photos, which were all made in the past three days in parts of Europe and North America, where much snow has fallen. Very cool, I found that not only is the large hill in Gas Works Park in Seattle this field but also the mountain. On the craziest and most interesting I found the photo No. 17, which is a pagan-Christian tradition of St. Nicholas in Bavaria.
Santa Claus for Coca-Cola may be a symbol for the sell-out of all this, what is sacred or significant. But perhaps he should keep good that bear his assistants no fetish masks . However, make just such figures, as wrapped in straw Butt Mandl (?) and the fact that there is probably very different religious and pagan traditions meet each other such domestic shrines so interesting.

on the border of Sutro Heights Park in San Francisco (next to the Richmond district) was 1868, the Cliff House, a huge Victorian hotel, rolled to the final few meters of rock in California.
The photographs from the early days of the hotel you can look at on the website of the Cliff House Projects .
There are few things that seem as mysterious as old black and white photographs. Maybe it's the grain of the image, or the coloring of a colorful world of HD in shades of black and white. Maybe it is the aesthetics and fashion of another time. All the small separation can definitely conclude that what I see there a fantasy or a parallel world arises.
And then the usual follow-up question. What will the Photos in 100 years? And our pictures will appear so fantastic?

I found on NYX, the balm and eleven o'clock . ordered and therefore they also asked me to bring the Bobbi Brown shimmerbrick at Nectar and a lot of lip glosses from Victoria's Secret .
Also, I'm waiting for some final orders from heatheresque.com , which includes, unfortunately, and therefore provide all of the remaining pigments in large quantities at a reasonable price. I watch there times over, it's worth ;)

I have not much to do and would like therefore start time to sort my back-ups. Here I thought I could post photos! Posted: D
They are here 3 of my 4 back-up boxes. I keep them in cosmetics, which I either double I bought because they were out of LEs or just cosmetics, I had to have, but have not used yet because I still have enough in use. It also includes pieces in there, such as the P2 Lashbase that were taken out of the range and therefore had to be stashed. The back-ups of my mineral eyeshadow by TSS I store separately, since they are sorted by the various collections.

I was now in the Müller and where last week there were still reduced the lipstick, the new products today were recovered. There are already enough pictures on the net about the new range, so I only show the products that have convinced me.
The Lipappeal lip glosses had my little ink transfer and are, therefore, all remained in the store. Too bad, because if you look at the Bottle from the outside looks, you have high expectations.
But the Colour Show lip glosses are all awesome. They all have Glitter, perhaps not everyone suits, but they think but what they promise purely external. I would have taken all the best, but then I have to * ahem * 6 of the restricted 10:)

As the Fitness First, we are not entirely helpless, because we certainly have opportunities to interact with the member and to highlight the risks firmly attentively. Of course we must be here but not to amateur and remote diagnostics to be carried away may incur discrimination.

Yes, improving customer retention continues to be one of our most important goals. Is there more to be done? Yes. And the constructive criticism in this blog (which by the way become so much less), we continue - as any constructive criticism that comes to us - very seriously.

Hi everyone. I have to start in mid-January last December with a contract be concluded. € 44.95 processing fee, 49,95 € monthly fee. End of January I noticed on my statement that I have been charged € 150, I felt immediately turned to my studio where I had a very sweet girl turn. Has recognized the problem, namely that was debited from only December, and said she leads The more .... the beginning of the adventure, or rather of horror. I do not know anymore, I've called you twice a week there, I called customer care at the studio, I called the hotline, the club manager I would have to call back! NOTHING! NADA! I tried writing it then, you have a time limit and stated that as long as I cleared it up in my debit authorization recruiting. What I have done so then, 2 days later I had a letter from FF in the box where it asks me to tell as soon as possible but the reason for the reversal! ????? I then suddenly, silence for a credit of € 39.95 have no idea how composed, it also got a booking directly back, the lady at the hotline could not explain, unfortunately. I'm just extremely enttäuscht.Es me to this day no one even called, I expect FF observations. On Sunday I was back there on the course, the card was blocked, I was just a "you are two months in retreat," met with, the question whether because not everything in there is I only got the answer that I should even make an appointment with Customer Care to make ... 'm Speechless, but even at a clarification, I am especially interested in the answer and the handling for such cases, I'm going to assume the appointment .. 'm More than excited ..

After Elixia has closed down in Berlin, unfortunately, and was taken over by the totally overpriced Holmes Place, I train at Fitness First. Had there been a reasonable alternative in my area, I would never have occurred. During my first visit I noticed that hygiene can be desired and the classes are overcrowded. I should have listened to the first impression! Most days all units are occupied and in the classrooms, participants lie on mat mat, so you always have the feet of the neighbors in the face. I have often gone without using it again because I got no more room.
But instead of offering more courses will continue to be recruited more members. Personal Trainer and work perfectly understandable often overwhelmed and have no time to respond to customers or to correct them. The poor performance on tests does not surprise me at all. I will terminate my contract as a precaution right now, although he is unfortunately still a long time.

Comment: In search of expert support for FF - failure!
Yesterday I was in three Fitness First clubs, and I get some advice. As an accompaniment I had a friend is the one experienced physiotherapist and qualified sports teacher. I was once led by a seller through the club at the special training questions to a coach took. The other two visits were carried out directly by trainers. In all cases, the dei result was the same. The coach had a total of no great idea and gave to questions about my health situation (MS) and the resulting training opportunity even false recommendations. In the end it was just about to sell me a membership because only now it is the anniversary discounts. These discussions have scared me, because I was not about discounts but a competent support for which I want to pay money. I want to feel in good hands and not just a number in the sales statistics are. Stiftung Warentest is correct in its assessment to 100%. Thanks also for the critical information in this blog have helped me in my decision to Fitness First and I very well save money and avoid trouble.

tell my story and I am convinced that Fitness First attempts with wrong means to keep customers and to obtain money.
six months I was a member and I have submitted my resignation within the notice period.
The cancellation confirmation came all right, but with a termination date that was wrong to back by 6 months - apparently a bug in the system.
After two further notice issued false receipts (same error) but then I was given a cancellation confirmation with the correct date.
Ca. Two weeks later I received a 1 Reminder that I should pay extra to my post, even though I paid the fee for full 6 months already had. After I had it pointed at Fitness First I confirmed that it was a mistake and the matter will be immediately changed.
I then got the second and third reminder, despite numerous complaints.
I think that not even the staff at Fitness First may be incapable I am of the opinion that this was all done on purpose.
I'm curious if actually follow legal action.

Ethical issues in dealing with anorexics in the gym
A FF customer and reader of this blog has made some time ago (in the previous post) the question of whether FF had a "not also a duty of care to the members" and "what would happen if this girl because anorexia (?) dies. Can one really do anything? "
We all know that sport is an intensive operation of one of the symptoms of anorexia. Anorexia nervosa or anorexia nervosa is a psychosomatic illness, which, as already affirmed the comment, can sometimes lead to death. 2) talented and good coaches, like Swen and Steffen in Berlin and other trainers (eg in Hamburg will be sold to boring LesMills courses that are deficient in many respects, not only must be 3 months land with the same choreography and the same. music stand but also the training is monotonous and sometimes bad. We are told that if you do the same choreography for three months, then you better and makes more precise movements. That's true but, unfortunately, because the rhythm of these courses can not have time for the coaches to make technical information to perform the movements.
I'm in the U.S. and Body Combat is also here and it is terrible how to move some students. But evidence of false and unhealthy movements are not made. More than 80 posts, over 500 comments, hundreds of opinion polls in a few days, dozens of links to other websites and blogs with similar themes, thousands of visitors and readers, the information here and also form an opinion. But what has become of the dozens of real problems that have been publicly? What happened to the isolated reactions become the spokesman? What happened to the promises of the manager that he was here to spread his press man? What happened to the customer meeting in Berlin? What has become of the survey? What, what what ...! After a year, almost no question to answer really was and no problem has been solved. Tomorrow celebrates Fitness First in a public relations spectacle in Berlin they are awarded by the New You Achievement Awards 2009. Congratulations for such a spectacle, of course, is money there. What happened to everything? Now, Some issues that were raised here, were allegedly solved by Mr. Klauke. However, it is clear that Mr. Klauke has been here taking care of things for which is actually the Kundenbetreeung responsible. He himself has stressed in a comment that " cases are indeed not edited by me, but only by our customer service " . One wonders then, why Mr. Klauke encourages dissatisfied customers have to put up with him in contact when he does is not competent, and why has Mr. Klauke for not responding in recent months? And from a customer meeting and nothing came. Why, because I just am not in Germany. But this is no reason not to report anymore, because , Mr Klauke, you lost my trust, you have not taken me seriously and you thought "that is not there now, they can be our care." You do not worry Mr. Klauke, I'm still FF customer and I would assume (or told) was that a lot still (or even additionally) is pretty bad in your studio, you will not get rid of me so quickly. And since you are offering a customer forum have even dirty, first have to do a little better public relations to show us disgruntled customers that they are serious about customer satisfaction, because I feel once again ripped and the commentator here probably rather well. The results of the survey you have not communicated, but why should that be?
